We STRONGLY encourage you to sign up for Xcamp as soon as possible. Our sessions fill to capacity quickly (long before our first week starts), and while we try to accomodate everyone whenever possible, there are LIMITED SPOTS available each week. Check our camps page for schedules, availability & session details.


We require 2 important items in order to reserve your spot:

1. Your completely filled out and signed registration form.

2. Medical release and waiver.

*PLEASE NOTE - Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

Due to the fact that we require your signature/parent's signature on the registration and medical release forms, we are unable to process your registration other than by mail. Please mail completed forms to:

AUTHORIZATION TO MEDICATE - Read , Fill Out, and Return if Applicable
If your child is taking medication and you wish Xcamp counselors to administer the medication, you must fill out the Authorization to Medicate form, fill it out entirely, and return it with your registration packet.

Our Registration Form is available now for download in Adobe PDF format (Adobe Reader required [FREE] - follow link above).This 4 page form includes the registration form, the medical release form and (for Extreme Campers only) the skatepark waiver and release of liability. Please fill these forms out completely, sign, and return to our offices along with your deposit. Our General Info is available now for download in Microsoft Word format (Microsoft Word required).
